Our Machines, in Other People’s Yards
Every photo and video below was taken at a customer’s site — their yard, their logs, their operators. Nothing here is a showroom shot or a render.
Adjustable cut-off line in an open timber yard
An LW-CS1200A adjustable cut-off saw with an LW-LD2 log deck feeder, working in an open timber yard in Fujian. Logs are stacked in the yard, the deck feeds them one at a time, and the saw cuts them to length — one operator at the panel.
- Cut length moves from 0.5 m to 6 m without changing the machine — the reason this customer chose the adjustable model over the fixed one
- Feeder and saw share one control cabinet, so one worker runs the whole line
- Installed outdoors in a working yard, not under a roof and not in a showroom

Forklift-fed cut-off line under a production shed
An LW-CS1200P precision cut-off saw with an LW-LD2 log deck, installed at a sawmill in Guangxi. A forklift tips a whole grapple of logs onto the deck, the deck releases them one by one, and the transfer conveyor that comes with the saw carries each log into the blade.
- The saw ships with its own transfer conveyor — there is nothing extra to buy between the deck and the blade, which is the question buyers ask us most often about this line
- Logs are loaded in bulk by forklift, so nobody lifts a log by hand
- Three sets of this saw fit in one 20GP container

A complete line built in the customer’s own green
An LW-LD4 heavy-duty log deck, an LW-CS1200F cut-off saw in its four-head version and an LW-LD5 log deck with singulator, delivered to a customer in Sichuan in their own green instead of our standard blue. These photos were taken at their site on delivery day, before assembly.
- Machine colour is built to order at no extra cost — most buyers never ask because they assume it costs money
- Four saw heads make four cuts in one pass, so one log goes in and five pieces come out — the configuration for ice-cream stick, tableware and toothpick factories running a single fixed length
- Blade count, motor power, machine length, voltage and colour are all specified at order

What we do not put on this page
- No customer names. We give the province and nothing more — these are working businesses and their supplier list is their own business.
- No quotes we did not receive. When a customer gives us a sentence about the machine, we will publish it word for word and say who it came from. Until then, the photos speak on their own.
- No running hours or install dates we have not confirmed. Every line above is described exactly as far as the photos prove it.
- All three sites are in China. Our export shipments go to other countries and are a separate record — we do not mix the two.
