About this video

An LW-CS1200F with four saw heads running at a customer site in Sichuan, China. Four heads make four cuts in the same stroke, so one log goes in and five pieces come out, and the whole batch is transferred out sideways together. That is what separates a multi-head saw from a single-blade cut-off saw: cycle time is set by how fast you can handle logs, not by how many cuts each log needs. The video follows the full line in order: grapple loading the storage deck, feed conveyor, four-head cutting, and discharge to the roller conveyor. Standard build carries one Ø1200 mm blade and we fit up to six. Filmed on site, not in our workshop.

Filmed at a customer’s site — their yard, their logs, their operators.
